ATS is looking for experienced appliance repair technicians in the Tucson area. We have been in business since 1980 providing exceptional in home repairs on most major brand appliances in southern Arizona. 

 

We are seeking a full line technician to work on washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, and other household appliances. It is preferred applicants be refrigerant certified to perform sealed system repairs. (Willing to train for the right candidate) 

 

As well as being able to diagnose and repair appliances applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers, office staff, and manufacturers.

Commission or hourly pay earning $35,000-$80,000+ a year. ATS pays over the normal commission rate of 40%. Pay rates increase after becoming a full line technician. Benefits include: Paid training & holidays, uniforms and stocked vehicles supplied to take home, tablets, PTO, 100% paid health insurance (for employee) after 90 day probation period, and a simple IRA with 3% company match, with many bonus programs.

Applicant must pass driving, drug, and background check within 30 days of hire to be a service technician.
